Book a Ceviche demo.
Thirty minutes with a co-founder. Bring the invoice that is hardest to split and we will show you how Ceviche handles that kind of line.
What happens on the call?
- 01
Your setup first
Your entity structure, which systems hold the invoices, where the quarter stalls.
- 02
Then the product
Most calls open on the legal invoice split. Some open on a card transaction from the expense feed, or on the intercompany entries.
- 03
Then next steps
If it fits, the next step is a sandbox on your own invoices. If it does not, we say so.
Who will you meet?

Matt CheungCo-Founder of Ceviche
Matt Cheung, co-founder. He was a software investor at TCV, submitted deal expenses for approval there, and watched finance teams reconcile them in spreadsheets.
LinkedInA few things people ask before booking
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No. If you have one invoice that is awkward to allocate, bring it. A legal bill with mixed lines works well.
- Will you replace our fund administrator?
- No. Ceviche handles the allocation, the intercompany entries and the audit trail on the management company side. Your administrator keeps NAV and capital accounts.
- What comes after the demo?
- We build a sandbox on your own invoices, entity list and allocation spreadsheet. Your team then runs one invoice from upload to export on a live call.
