How does Ceviche pricing work?
One annual subscription, priced on your entity count and how your allocation runs. The number comes after the sandbox, once we have seen both.
What sets the price?
Entity count
The management company, the GP, the funds, the SPVs, blockers and feeders. More entities mean more intercompany paths to map and more rules to configure.
Allocation setup
How many methodologies you run, how many LPA caps, thresholds and exclusions sit on top, and whether legal invoices need per-line handling.
Systems in the loop
Which AP and expense systems feed invoices in, and which general ledger takes the entries back. QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Sage Intacct are supported today.
What does not change the price?
- Assets under management
- Two firms with the same structure pay the same, whatever they manage.
- Seats
- Add everyone who touches the close. Users are not metered.
- Transaction volume
- The subscription does not count invoices or transactions.
- Implementation
- Onboarding is part of the subscription.
What does the subscription include?
- Onboarding in three to four weeks from signed contract to your first close run on Ceviche, most of it your team's review rather than our build.
- Your allocation methodologies and LPA rules configured and versioned, so every allocation carries the methodology in force when it posted.
- AP and expense connections for Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, Expensify and SAP Concur, and journal entry write-back to your GL.
- The audit trail on every allocation, with the source document, the methodology and the approver attached, exportable for your auditor or an examiner.
How does the quote come together?
- 01
Step 1: Demo
Thirty minutes on your structure and the flows that match it. If Ceviche is the wrong fit, we tell you on that call.
- 02
Step 2: Sandbox
You send invoices, your close spreadsheet and your entity list under an MNDA. We configure on that data, then your team has the logins for a fortnight.
- 03
Step 3: Proposal
On the sandbox review call we price the setup you just ran, so there is nothing left to scope.
Pricing questions
Ceviche is an annual subscription priced on your entity count and how your allocation runs, not on AUM, users or transactions. The exact figure comes after the sandbox, when we have configured your rules and know the scope. Ask on the demo and we will give you a ballpark for your structure.
No. Onboarding is included in the annual subscription. There is no separate implementation bill and no professional services engagement to scope.
Annual. Funds often prefer a term that starts and ends with the calendar year, so the subscription sits inside one fiscal year instead of straddling two.
No. Add as many people as the work needs. Users are not metered.
You add the entity and its rules yourself. A new fund changes the structure we priced on, so it can change the subscription at renewal.
