You can stop an assistant's access three ways. The one that is certain is Ceviche's own Linked Accounts page: it cuts the connection on Ceviche's side, whatever the assistant does.

From Ceviche: Linked Accounts

  1. In Ceviche, open Linked Accounts in the sidebar.

  2. Stay on the Connections tab. Each assistant you have connected has its own row: the assistant's name, AI connection under it, MCP · read-only, Connected, your email and team, and the date you connected it.

  3. Open the row's actions menu (...) and choose Disconnect.

  4. Confirm. The dialog reads:

Disconnect Claude? It will lose access to Example Ventures right away. You can connect it again from Claude.

with your assistant's and team's names. Click Disconnect.

The assistant's next request to Ceviche fails. Nothing else on your account changes.

  • Everyone can disconnect their own connections, whatever their role, viewers included.
  • You only see your own. Nobody else on the team sees your connections or can disconnect them, admins included, and you don't see theirs.
  • Each sign-in is its own row. If you connected the same assistant twice, for example from two computers in Claude Code, you'll see two rows. Disconnect each one you no longer use.

From your assistant

Claude (web, desktop, mobile): go to Customize > Connectors and open Ceviche.

  • Disconnect signs Claude out of Ceviche. Ceviche MCP stays on your list, and Connect signs you back in.
  • Remove takes Ceviche MCP off your account.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner can also remove Ceviche MCP for the whole organization under Organization settings > Connectors.

Claude Code: run /mcp, pick ceviche and choose Clear authentication. Run claude mcp remove ceviche to remove it.

Disconnecting in the assistant stops it using Ceviche. To be certain Ceviche itself has cut the connection, check that it has gone from Linked Accounts, or disconnect it there too.

For a whole team

Ceviche can turn the MCP off for your team. Every connection on the team then stops at its next request, for every member and every assistant, without anyone disconnecting anything. Ask your Ceviche contact or operations@ceviche.ai.

Removing a person from the team also stops their connections at once.
